My name is Johannes Neidhart and I am a trained theoretical physicist, who is working as a concept developer for new technologies at a German company. There I am doing prototyping, embedded programming, data analysis, innovation scouting and inventing.
At the university, I worked on statistical physics of biological systems. The topics included evolutionary processes, extreme value statistics, the advantage of sex and aging. Those problems where tackled theoretically and by means of simulations, written from scratch, mostly in C++.
After my PostDoc, I started in a small medical technology company, where I learned a lot about electronics, spectroscopy, optics and embedded programming.
At my current employer, we are building electro-mechanic and electronic devices for industrial applications
My dearest hobby has always been music, and everything around it, including home-recording, amplification and effects.
Some of my code can be found at my gitlab page.
